📦 Orders & Processing
Order Processing
All of our items are made to order. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing.
Do you offer rush or expedited orders?
No. We do not offer rush or expedited service. All orders are created in the order they are received and standard processing times apply.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Because each item is made to order, cancellations or changes cannot be guaranteed once production has begun. Please double-check all details before submitting your order.
🚚 Shipping & Local Pickup
When will my order ship?
Orders ship after processing is complete. Shipping times are in addition to processing time and are selected at checkout.
How much is shipping?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes, local pickup is available for customers in the Savannah, Georgia area when listed as an option at checkout. Pickup details will be emailed to the email address entered during the checkout when your order is ready.
What if my package is delayed or lost?
Once an order leaves our hands, delivery timelines are controlled by the carrier. If an issue arises, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the United States only.
🎨 Custom Orders
What qualifies as a custom order?
Any item personalized with names, dates, custom wording, images, or design modifications is considered a custom order.
How do I submit personalization details or images?
If personalization or customization is allowed, details are collected through the product form located either within the product description or at checkout. If image upload is required, there will be a space provided on the product form.
Can I request changes after submitting my design?
Once a design is submitted and production begins, changes cannot be made. If there are production issues with the design that was submitted, someone from our team will attempt to contact you 3 times using the contact information provided at checkout. If contact cannot be made, the order will be cancelled and a refund will be submitted to the form of payment used at checkout.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an error occurred on our end.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. If an error occurred, we’ll make it right.
What if I ordered the wrong size or color?
We are unable to replace items ordered incorrectly by the customer. Please review sizing and color options carefully before ordering.

How do your shirts fit?
Our shirts have a unisex fit unless otherwise noted. For the best fit, we recommend reviewing the size chart included in the listing.
What brands of shirts do you use?
We use high-quality, soft feel blanks from trusted brands. Specific brand details vary by products.
How should I care for my apparel?
Wash inside out in cold water. Tumble dry on low or hang to dry. DO NOT iron directly on the design.
ℹ️ Miscellaneous Information
Why does my design have a slight pattern or lines in it?
Some designs require a printing technique called rasterization. This means the ink is applied in a controlled pattern rather than a solid block. This helps the design flex with the fabric, prevents cracking, and improves the feel and overall longevity of the print. Any visible pattern is intentional and part of the printing process.
Are Bible Tassels handmade?
Yes. Each tassel is thoughtfully handmade, making every piece unique.
Will my item look exactly like the photo?
Due to the handmade nature of our items, slight variations may occur. These differences are part of what make each piece special.
Are your products mass-produced?
No. All of our items are made to order or crafted in small batches. Every item is unique here.
Can I send a gift directly to someone else?
Absolutely! Just enter the recipient’s shipping address at checkout.
